they actually bought vine pre-launch which not many people know I didn't so they incubated this thing and I think they just were never able to find a way to make money and and seems like just incompetence I'll be honest they had periscope and vine for anybody those two things were video og super interesting yep and Twitter couldn't find a way to keep it together
