All of our products, so like our sales cloud, which we've talked about, you know, for decades, it's becoming a Gentic sales. Our service cloud is a Gentic service. Even our marketing cloud where, you know, we do 11 trillion emails every single year. Those are all one-way conversations today. You know, you're going to see a dream force. Those are all going to become two-way conversations.
We're got entering and we're building on Slack, you know, so it's a Slack first app. It's a Gentic also. So it's a Gentic, it's Slack first.
Every company is really on a path to become an agentic enterprise.
Hey, you need to become an agentic enterprise. Here's the products. Every app is now agentic. Here's the data foundation.
if you can provide it right on your phone in Slack, that's really a next generation UI. And we're doing that with all of our products.
I now have, you know, a couple dozen agents running inside Slack on my behalf, doing renewals, you know, doing support, but also like doing my wellness benefits, doing, you know, all kinds of interactions with my employees.
we have a, we've never been in the ITSM market before. So we're got entering and we're building on Slack, you know, so it's a Slack first app.
if you can provide it right on your phone in Slack, that's really a next generation UI. And we're doing that with all of our products.
Slack is on a million companies and those million companies, they're, you know, small and medium and large and extra large because all, you know, Salesforce sells to the five major segments of business at the, all of the IT world. And Slack is one of those products that we do that with.
That is probably the most exciting, most thriving ecosystem in tech for the enterprise right now is inside Slack.
these customers... I want to become an agentic enterprise. These are customers that I've had for like one or two decades.
Hey, you need to become an agentic enterprise. Here's the products. Every app is now agentic. Here's the data foundation.
We've had to rebuild every single one of our products to not only be the application layer where you're creating, reading, updating, deleting the data, but also working hand in hand with the agents as well.
Every company is really on a path to become an agentic enterprise.
customers want kind of the ability to buy all of it as one big package. Way more aggressively than I realized, they want kind of a complete agentic enterprise license agreement.
if we were having this conversation a year ago, and you were calling Salesforce, there would be 9,000 people that you would be interacting with globally on our service cloud, and they would be managing, creating, reading, updating, deleting data, we called CRUD database, with an app of very powerful interface, you know, with lightning. In some cases, if there's a case, maybe it gets swarmed onto Slack. But this is what they're doing. Maybe they're checking the analytics in Tableau. Maybe they're
We have this field service product that we also now have made a Gentic. And so when the field service agent from Eaton shows up, not only are they like on their phone, you can see the app, by the way, it's on the app store. Not only are they looking at all my information. Oh, it's Mark Benioff. Here's his home. You know, here's his Airstream. We got this working, or I don't understand why this is not working. He's not by himself. He's with the agent.
And that idea that we're entering the market for ITSM, but it's, you know, a whole different kind of architecture, but it's the architecture that we're talking about, which is we have to have humans that agents working together.

There's no better interface that I've seen, or I would use it on top of our data foundation. You know, our data foundation is our data cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Informatica. That's the core of our company.
This is really the beginning of every part of the company having this kind of agentic augmentation. It's a force multiplier. It's a synergistic effect between me and the agents. And we're proving it out first at Salesforce.
Well, I think you definitely see a lot of confusion with customers or with investors on what does it mean that we're moving into an agentic era? Does it mean that software and applications go away completely? I mean, that isn't true for me.
Even in my website, I have deployed an agent on the front of it. So if you go to our website, you'll see we've taken all of our data from our website, put it into our data cloud, put an agent on the front of our website. Now you can talk to our website right through our agent as well. And so that just makes the marketing so much more efficient.
I have rebalanced my support headcount, as I said, so I can now put those heads into sales. So I've increased my distribution capacity. And now I'm also making sure that I have much more efficiency and productivity in my lead generation and in the ability to actually work with customers that are contacting me.
And this is the most exciting thing that's happened, you know, in the last nine months for Salesforce. And we also are deploying thousands of customers with the same vision.
We have now done about a million and a half conversations with customers. And at the same time, that's the agentic layer speaking to the customers. A million and a half conversations also happened through our support agents during that same period. And the CSAT scores were about the same, which was stunning. And also I was able to rebalance my headcount on my support. I've reduced it from 9,000 heads to about 5,000 because I need less heads.
There were more than 100 million leads that we have not called back at Salesforce in the last 26 years because we have not had enough people. So we just couldn't call them back. But we have now an agentic sales just for our own company, more than 10,000 leads a week right now, having conversations, turning them into pipeline. Our pipelines have never been more full.
And I think that in the last few years, what we've kind of heard and, you know, some of it has come from OpenAI, but especially from Microsoft, that we're in this co-pilot world and these co-pilots have universally failed. The level of accuracy, the spillage of information, the lack of trusted environment co-pilot has been a complete disaster. And that idea that this kind of amount of technology got, you know, released and sold into these very large customers telling them that the promise of AI
Google has some great products. I know Sergei was here yesterday and they've done a great job with AI, as you know. But in a head to head benchmark of Salesforce's agent force against Google's AI, we 2X them on accuracy. And the reason why is we'll explain it next week. You know, it's a couple of things. Not only is there our next gen models, but it's also new techniques involving next generation retrieval augmented generation rag techniques that no one has seen before.
Disney can proactively go out to their consumers and their customers and say, hey, come enjoy the heat with us all. You know, Disneyland, we're going to give you a special promotion or price or contest or whatever it is to come to Disneyland. So we want to be able to proactively go out and generate revenue.
Now with Disney, if you go to DisneyStore.com, that's Salesforce. If you go to the Disney parks... Disney guides run on Salesforce. They have Slack too. They've got, we do DisneyStore.com. We have Disney Plus because, you know, the service now like fell over and we had to like replace that inside the Disney Plus call center. We have, we'll do the Disney cruises and the Disney real estate and we have every Disney customer test point all wired up. So the amalgamated data set that we have around Di
I was just with Disney last night. And Disney has AgentForce. They have the newest version, which we call Atlas, which is our most accurate, not just model, but we have an extremely unusual technique that we'll talk about. And Atlas delivers for Disney, for their cast members, which are their employees, through extremely complex problems that it's solving for them, more than 90% accuracy and almost no hallucinations. And in some cases, 95% accuracy and almost no hallucinations.
I think in the last few years, what we've kind of heard and, you know, some of it has come from OpenAI, but especially from Microsoft, that we're in this co-pilot world and these co-pilots have universally failed. The level of accuracy, the spillage of information, the lack of trusted environment co-pilot has been a complete disaster. And that idea that this kind of amount of technology got, you know, released and sold into these very large customers telling them that the promise of AI is here,
And I think that for our customers, they're going to augment their employees. They're going to make things lower cost. They're going to increase their revenues.
And that's how I feel right now about Agent Force. This is all I am doing. Just try to take our company. You know, we have a great company, 38 billion in revenue, 75,000 employees, hundreds of thousands of customers, and one focus, Agent Force. This is because of what you're saying. This is the moment. This is the greatest opportunity in the history of enterprise software. And it must be executed with absolute acuity and excellence.
I've seen this now with a number of our customers, that they're kind of DIY in their AI. And, you know, DIY, I think it's fine if you're like Neil Young, and it's homegrown, and it's Canada, and it's, you know, Ontario. But this is not what you should be doing with your artificial intelligence.
These are not the bots you're looking for. These are like, we're really getting to like another level capability. And I think that it's pretty impressive.
I think in the last few years, what we've kind of heard and, you know, some of it has come from OpenAI, but especially from Microsoft, that we're in this co-pilot world and these co-pilots have universally failed. in a head to head benchmark of Salesforce's agent force against Google's AI, we 2X them on accuracy.
We are already at that point. We already have that live and we will have that scaled for thousands of customers before the end of live for with thousands of customers live before the end of this year.
They have the ability to do things that are truly astonishing and that is also generate revenue. So they can go out and like on a day like today, like it's 100 and something degrees outside... Disney can proactively go out to their consumers and their customers and say, hey, come enjoy the heat with us all. You know, Disneyland, we're going to give you a special promotion or price or contest or whatever it is to come to Disneyland. So we want to be able to proactively go out and generate revenue
The efficiency and productivity that we've been had with AgentForce is like nothing I have ever seen with any of our customers or technology in the history of software.
By the end of this month, we'll have more than a thousand customers on our AgentForce platform.
We're running the largest banks, insurance companies, media companies, CPG companies, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah in the world.
We're working with a large medical company, not so far away from here, Kaiser. We've got 20 million patients. They have a super complex data set. They have all of the data from Epic. They have the largest Epic customer in the world. And more than 90% of all patient inquiries and scheduling requests and schedule my doctor, schedule my CT scan, my MRI, my this, my that are being resolved by Agent Force and Atlas.
We have every Disney customer test point all wired up. So the amalgamated data set that we have around Disney is awesome. So when we can take that Disney data set and then we apply Atlas and Agent Force, we are able to deliver a level of accuracy that has been incredible.

To make AgentForce really deliver, we had to have all of our customer touchpoints wired up, which we do. We have to have an amalgamated data cloud because we need the data, especially to achieve the AI accuracy and the metadata as well. And we have to have the agents. It's these three layers that are really going to deliver this next generation capability.
AgentForce is the most exciting thing I have ever worked on in my career. It's the culmination, really, of everything that we've done at Salesforce.
We're at the precipice of the greatest moment in the history of enterprise software and of cloud computing. ... I'm really convinced that we are now really at the moment, right now, where enterprise software is going to be completely transformed with artificial intelligence. ... Einstein has done amazing. You know, it's doing trillion transactions, trillion and a half transactions a week, predictive, generative.
We came out with three models. The cloud model, which you also have been part of that. The subscription model, you've also been part of that. And the philanthropic model, and you've been part of that. And those ideas that we're doing three models, that continues to be the fuel for the company and extremely important.
Look, I think that the growth, obviously, is incredible to $38 billion. And obviously, the cash flow is incredible. It's more than Coca-Cola did, I think, last quarter. And the margin is incredible.
we have a big company now
we've now delivered you know forty-three public quarters we've been public for ten years you've seen our you've seen our chart over ten years
Salesforce has a a 50 million dollar effort focused on the San Francisco public schools right now we have 5,000 employees right downtown
sales were said 32 percent core revenue growth you know this year we're now the sixth largest software company in the world at the end of this quarter we'll be at a six billion dollar annual run rate we'll probably be about the fifth largest software company in the world you know we've got great you know we grew our bottom line also by 175 basis points
you look at our attrition rates are very low you know yeah I know we have just we you know we have a lot of really you know highly tenured employees and I think it's really has to do with you know we create a culture where you know we're highly differentiated from other organizations especially in this category
we have a segment on each of our six major products so when we do our sales cloud project we come in we pitch the sales cloud here's what's great about it here's why it's become a multi-billion dollar product
