I think it's pretty amazing um and game changing for support teams to be able to use something like this that's sandboxed that's secure if you're interacting with a lot of customers and worried about security issues it's really perfect for that I also love that ... I think it's brilliant ... but for the general consumer um like for your mom I still think an iPad makes more sense ... for business users I think it's fantastic
