   Both legs hold under the single standard. (a) VENTURE BACKING EVIDENCED: Battery Ventures led the round, and its own partner describes the diligence on the record — the backing leg rests on the investor’s words, not on a tracker. (b) STAGE BAND: the latest known financing event is the $30M round of 2025-11-10 and the source calls it a SERIES A, which is inside the seed..Series-A band. A Series A label is not disqualifying; it satisfies this leg (J, A27). No later or larger unlabelled event was found by the searches named below, and the only later development found is a March 2026 COMMERCIAL agreement (named exclusive AI successor to Drift by Clari and Salesloft), which is not a financing event and dates nothing. WHAT THIS VERDICT DOES NOT SAY: that we found anything, or that the company is raising. The round was public the day it was announced and we identified the company 336 days later from a sponsor read.

   What the filing alone says

   There is no filing. This company reached us as a SPONSOR READ in a 20VC episode, rendered "OneMind" by speech-to-text, with no show-note link and no index match.

   What we add

   Identity resolution across a garbled name, and the separation of four decisions on one record: admitted to the research lane, in mandate on stage, qualified on fit, and NOT publishable on evidence. An aggregator that holds this round holds it because the company announced it; what is ours is that the name in the audio was connected to it at all. That is the whole of the claim.

   Still unknown

   • Whether it is raising again — the only thing that would make this a lead rather than a record. Not found by the searches run, which is a statement about those searches (A19/A20).
   • The conflict A27 recorded is unresolved and is about the DATE: the tracker Fundz places the same round in early 2026 and misspells the founder’s name. The company and TechCrunch both say November 2025. Nothing in the conflict touches the stage.
   • Whether any of the $10M difference between the $30M round and the $40M total is a separate, differently-staged event. Unlabelled and unverified, so it is not recorded as an event and does not move the stage band.

   Action it supports

   A WARM RECORD, not a live lead. An eleven-month-old Series A inside the band, with a named institutional lead and no evidence of an open raise. It is the best-evidenced in-mandate company this lane has produced from a raw audio document, and a buyer acting on it is acting on a bookmark.

   • QUALIFIED AND UNDELIVERABLE. The inclusion bar needs two sourced evidence families and this company has one (funding). Nothing on the readable surfaces supplies a second: no supported ATS board, no package or repo, and one voices mention is not a family. So the index cannot publish it while the buyer feed calls it qualified — the same shape as kikitori (A23), and the families are a coverage rule about what we can read, not a fact about the company.
